When I’m pregnant, my daily diet of eating healthy and watching my weight gets thrown out the door. Seriously. I’m such a salad eater, but once I’m pregnant I can barely look at a salad–instead pass me some greasy fries. No wonder I gain 50 lbs every time I get pregnant! Well, now I’ve got to start thinking and acting on getting back to a healthy way of eating, especially since I’m inching to get back into non-pregnancy clothes. Anyway, I’m excited for a new blog–Simply Healthful. My sister Marleen started the blog, which is hosted by different contributors about living a healthy way. It’s by no means a diet blog but focused on being healthy and eating healthy. I really like the post on establishing deadlines. And I’m going to take that advice and mark on my calendar my weight loss goal.
