This past President’s Day weekend, we decided to take our long weekend trip down to…Washington DC, of course. And it so happened that Seth’s brother Eric (the rocket scientist) was visiting from Seattle to attend a plasma energy conference. We all had a great time and made tourist stops to the Smithsonian National Museum of History, National Air Space Museum and American Art Museum. Stella especially loved the Bug Corner at the National History museum, but wasn’t too interested in holding the insects or participating in feeding the tarantulas. We were also able to meet up with Seth’s cousin Adam, whom he hasn’t seen in about 10 years. On the way home we made a quick stop to my old dear friend Becca’s darling cozy home, who she shares with her computer-whiz huband Jesse.
